Luxury Retreat / Bed & BreakfastA Luxury Retreat Guesthouse / B&B nestled in picturesque countryside with sweeping views of the escarpment. Broughton Mill Farm Guesthouse Berry has three and a half acres of gardens and includes a tennis court, solar heated pool, water gardens and a private picnic area. The award winning architect designed Guesthouse is fully air conditioned and includes dining room, lounge, library and reading room, sunny terraces, polished timber floors, and an open fire. Weddings and other functions are often held here in the picture perfect garden setting. Pamper yourself in the luxury accommodation which has five guest suites that are all spacious and open directly to the private gardens. They each have a private sitting room and full bathroom. Four of the suites have large baths with showers above and the fifth has a large easy access shower area. All air conditioned and the bathrooms and sitting rooms also have under floor heating. Relax in the library, sunroom, lounge (with open fire), dining room or on the terraces. The kitchen provides regular treats as well as the full breakfast. Dinners and function catering are also available – all using fresh local produce. Unwind in the three and a half acres of grounds where there is a tennis court and a solar heated swimming pool as well as hidden retreats and walks next to Broughton Mill Creek. A games lawn, seats with relaxing vistas, fruit and vegetable gardens producing fresh produce for the kitchen as well as chickens and ducks add to the stress relieving clean fresh air. Take a push bike and cycle into town or down a country lane or to Seven Mile Beach just a flat seven kilometres away. There is a pretty picnic area in the National Park that is right at the beach. Broughton Mill Farm is only two hours from Sydney, 5 minutes from pristine beaches and is situated in the beautiful town of Berry on the New South Wales South Coast.
